Only fair to set out why I like Android:

• You can tinker with pretty much everything
• The ability to root and get custom ROMs
• The ability to use different launchers and themes
• WIDGETS and customising the home screen
• Great google integration (although would like to see certain other Google apps integrated better: Google Reader, Google Docs and Google Tasks)
• You can change your keyboard, I'm using Swype for example
